Submitting Your Rental Application Online
The process for submitting your application is simple.
1) Gather your personal information for the application. (Bills, income, residence history, etc.)

you must use Internet Explorer 8, Firefox, or Chrome as your browser.) 4) Upon submitting your application, you will be asked if you have an
LES or paystub to send along with your application. 5) If you select yes, you will have the opportunity to select your LES or paystub file. 6) Remember, your application cannot be processed without your LES or paystub.
7) Please Note: There is an error on the Rental Application which states that there is a $20
credit check charge. The credit check charge is actually $40. Our webmaster is in the process of correcting the PDF form error.

Detailed Application Information
Below we've provided you with helpful information about our company's policies to assist you with the important decision of choosing a rental company that best suits you and your needs. This information provides greater detail concerning the rental process.
- After receiving your application, we will qualify you on a debt-to-income basis. If you are in the military, you will need a current end-of-month LES or ID card with your current rank. If you are not in the military, you will need a current pay stub for proof of employment. If you are military and a single E-4 or below, you will need a letter from your commander letting us know that you are authorized to move off-post, either with or without BAH.
- After your application is approved we will run a credit report. This requires a $40, cash-only, non-refundable fee. If two or more people are applying to occupy the same residence and are not married, there will be a $40 charge per person for credit reports.
- After credit approval, we will make arrangements for you to sign your lease.
- At the signing of your lease, your security deposit (which equals one month's rent) and your prorated rent will be due. Prorated rent will be figured from the date of availability until the end of the month. Some units require a $35 mailbox key deposit.
- You will be given an appointment for the next business day at the next available time on the calendar for an in-inspection. You will receive your keys at that time. Your rent will take effect on the date of your in-inspection.
- Our company works on a first-come, first-served basis so until all of the preceeding steps have been completed, the property will not be secured and will be available for anyone else to rent.
