Do I need renter's insurance?

We do suggest for you to obtain a policy as the homeowners insurance only covers the dwelling. Your personal items are not covered by their policy. Your policy may also cover some accidental damage done by you or your guest such as, a broken window.

Do you sell homes?

Yes we have licensed real estate agents who do home sales.

Will nail holes be repaired?

Accepted Answer

Nail holes are considered normal wear and tear (unless the current or last tenant hung items on wall in an excessive amount) under normal circumstances nail holes are not repaired and we ask that you do not try to patch them.

Will the property have new flooring prior to me moving?

Accepted Answer

Carpets and vinyl floors are generally not replaced between each tenant. Carpets are however, professionally cleaned before a new tenant moves in. Again, properties are generally rented in as is condition.

Will the property be painted prior to me moving in?

Accepted Answer

The property probably will not be repainted prior to your moving in. It is not a Georgia State Law that rentals are painted after each tenant. Properties are generally rented in as is condition.
